EFT Tapping for Dark Winter Days

Host: Stella Sheldon, Holistic therapist

Join Stella for an interactive Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping session designed to help you manage the challenges of the darker winter days and months. She will talk about how shorter days can affect your mental and physical health and share practical winter self-help tips for getting through this time of year.

Together, we will use EFT to work through feelings like sadness, tiredness or general winter blues, and practice accepting both ourselves and the season. The aim is to help you welcome the natural changes that come with winter.

Stella Sheldon is an advanced EFT practitioner and teacher.

What is EFT?

According to EFT International, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a gentle self-help method that supports both emotional and physical wellbeing. It’s easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone, at any time.

The practice involves gently tapping with your fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and upper body, while bringing your attention to thoughts or feelings you’d like to work with. This combination of touch and focused awareness can help release tension, ease stress, and bring a sense of calm and balance.

You can learn more about EFT in Stella's Introduction to EFT Tapping session.
