Host: Stella Sheldon, Holistic therapist

Join Stella for an interactive Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping session designed to help you explore how curiosity can help you build resilience and flexibility.

What is EFT?

According to EFT International, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a gentle self-help method that supports both emotional and physical wellbeing. It’s easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone, at any time.

The practice involves gently tapping with your fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and upper body, while bringing your attention to thoughts or feelings you’d like to work with. This combination of touch and focused awareness can help release tension, ease stress, and bring a sense of calm and balance.

You can learn more about EFT in Stella's Introduction to EFT Tapping session.
