On 24th September, we’ll be joining our friends at We Are Undefeatable for National Fitness Day with a programme of fun exercise classes. The day is powered by people like you, so join us and get moving in a way that works for you!

National Fitness Day: Wednesday 24th of September. 10am - Balance Exercise for Falls Prevention with Sophie Simpson. 11am - Make Time to Realign your Posture: The Egoscue Method with Jo Andrews. 12:30pm - HIIT Workout with Andy Osborne. 2:30pm - Zumba with Helen McGreary. 4:30pm - Mobilates with Kerry Green.
