Learn how to build up muscles to increase flexibility and mobility, and help prevent falling, particularly if frailty is developing. Sophie’s sessions are designed to boost confidence and prolong independence.

About Sophie:

Sophie is a Level 3 OTAGO Falls Prevention & Balance Exercise Programme Leader and is qualified in Mental Health Awareness, Chair-based Dance & Movement, Chair-based Exercise for the Frail & Elderly, Zumba, Dance Fitness and Dance Choreography, Performance & Teaching.

Ensure that your exercise space is safe and clear of objects. If you have any health conditions, injuries, aches or pains, listen your body and rest if/when necessary.
