Vegetable pakoras

Tutor: Priya Sundar, Indian cook

Join Indian cook, Priya, as she demonstrates how to make Pakoras, a classic Indian dish of vegetables coated in batter and fried until golden and crispy. The vegetables are fried in a chickpea flour batter which makes these fritters naturally gluten-free. You can use any vegetable to make pakoras, but this recipe uses a mixture of cabbage, onion, spinach and carrots, along with a few key spices.
