World ADHD Awareness Month

October 2025

World ADHD Awareness Month encourages understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for people with ADHD. Throughout the month, organizations, charities, and individuals work together to educate others about ADHD, celebrate neurodiversity, and help create spaces where people with ADHD can succeed in all areas of life. This year, the Virtual Village Hall is marking ADHD awareness month with special sessions in line with this year’s theme - The Many Faces of ADHD.

Join us on 6th October at 11am for an interactive session with Gill Jordan, an accredited ADHD Coach. Gill will talk about habit stacking, show how it can support people with ADHD, and share real-life examples from her own experience. She will also walk us through six key habit stacking principles to help build lasting wellbeing.

On 17th October at 11am, Colin Foley, CEO of Neurodiversity Training UK, will share resources for people in the UK with ADHD, including where to find information about diagnosis and what to do after receiving an ADHD diagnosis.

More event information coming this week!
