World ADHD Awareness Month

October 2025

World ADHD Awareness Month encourages understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for people with ADHD. Throughout the month, organizations, charities, and individuals work together to educate others about ADHD, celebrate neurodiversity, and help create spaces where people with ADHD can succeed in all areas of life. This year, the Virtual Village Hall marked ADHD awareness month with special sessions in line with this year’s theme - The Many Faces of ADHD.

We hosted an interactive session with Gill Jordan, an accredited ADHD Coach. Gill talked about habit stacking, showing how it can support people with ADHD, and shared real-life examples from her own experience. She also walked us through six key habit stacking principles to help build lasting wellbeing.

Colin Foley, CEO of Neurodiversity Training UK, joined us to share resources for people in the UK with ADHD, including where to find information about diagnosis and what to do after receiving an ADHD diagnosis.
