Gareth initially worked for the parent charity, Citizens Advice Gateshead, first as an advisor on the Help through Hardship line. He then went on to become a social welfare advisor, and now delivers online and face to face courses, bringing with him a wealth of up-to-date knowledge of social welfare issues.
