“I taught my first VVH class in April 2020. It’s been an honour to be a part of the VVH and seeing how it has grown since the start. My first VVH class was my first ever Facebook Live (I don't think I slept for about a week before my first session as I was so nervous about it!). I had only just begun teaching online classes, so it was still very new to me.”

“I think that for many people, before the lockdowns, we never would have thought that ballet classes could have been taught online. The VVH has proved that online sessions can be just as beneficial for physical health and mental wellbeing as face-to-face classes. This has completely changed my outlook on what is possible in making dance more accessible as there are so many people who are unable to access a face-to-face dance class.”
