Yoga and Fitness Coach at the Virtual Village Hall
Jo Andrews from Feel Good Fitness, is a yoga and fitness trainer from the Lake District. Jo has been a VVH tutor for two years, teaching Make Time to Realign, Fitsteps, Boxercise, and Movement and Flow classes. She can also be found walking and talking in nature with The Lakes Coach, Elaine Fisher. We love Jo’s energetic and enthusiastic style!
“This experience is the highlight of my week, I love connecting with the regulars and new villagers. I enjoy sharing ‘here and now’ teaching from home. It feels very honest and real and often throws up some real-life funny moments like the dog joining in!
