Alison Crouch teaches cookery and manages the Ferry Project Cookery School, which provides vocational skills and work experience in hospitality for their homeless clients. With 35 years in the food industry, Alison loves helping people learn to cook and shares her enthusiasm with us here at the Virtual Village Hall!
