Join Emma Hackett, a Mental Health First Aider, professional Coach and Positive Psychology practitioner, as she explores ‘the attitude of gratitude’ - a proven strategy to improve our wellbeing. During the workshop, Emma discusses different ways to practice gratitude, invites us to try some simple exercises to how see how they make us feel, and explains how to include a regular gratitude practice in our daily routine.
