Dancing is a great way to exercise and boost your energy. Who better to show us how than Strictly Come Dancing stars Michael and Jowita who share their phenomenal talent at the Virtual Village Hall.
The Latin and Ballroom dance pair are the 2020 winners of BBC’s The Greatest Dancer, and host this free 45 minute Salsa dance class. The class includes a warm up, a short debrief and a demonstration, and is designed for beginners and people new to dancing.
