Move It or Lose It (seated exercise class) with Kim

Move It or Lose It is a gentle exercise programme designed to help people keep active in later life.

Instructor Kim leads this 30-minute class which can be done seated, standing or with chair support. The class is designed to boost circulation, increase mobility and strengthen muscles.

To take part, you will need a sturdy chair (not an armchair). If you have a resistance band and soft pipe insulation at home, you can also use these in the class. You will still be able to take part in the class without these items. Please wear suitable footwear, ideally trainers. Slippers are not suitable as they do not provide adequate support and may cause a fall.
