Writing for Wellbeing Workshop: Pen, Pause, Peace
Tutor: Alison Mott, writer, writing coach, story collector and teacher
Join us as we celebrate Mindspace Week and World Mental Health Day with writing coach Alison. She shares a few short writing prompts to help you get into a mindful space, and also reads out poetry, ideas, and texts that support those prompts.
She’ll also share some of the pieces she writes during the session and encourage Villagers to do the same. No writing experience necessary, just enjoy putting pen to paper.
