Walking with William Wordsworth: Spring in the Lake District

Host: Elaine Fisher, outdoor personal coach, The Lakes Coach (International Coaching Federation accredited)

The inspiring landscape of the Lake District provides the perfect backdrop for a walk and talk in nature. As spring breathes new life into the Fells, Elaine Fisher, The Lakes Coach, invites us to look through the eyes of William Wordsworth at the landscape that inspired his poetry. From blooming daffodils, newborn lambs and peaceful lakes, Elaine reflects on the beauty and energy of the season around Grasmere in the heart of the Lakes.

This mindful walk will bring the outside in and includes a conversation with VVH fitness instructor, Jo Andrews. As they walk, Elaine and Jo explore how the natural world can bring meaning to our own lives, and how walking and talking in the outdoors with others can boost wellbeing.
