Walk and Talk in the Lake District - Transition From Autumn into Winter

Host: Elaine Fisher, outdoor personal coach, The Lakes Coach (International Coaching Federation accredited)

The beautiful landscapes of the Lake District offer an ideal setting for a gentle walk and chat in the great outdoors. As autumn guides us from summer into winter, nature itself begins to slow down, readying for a well-earned rest from the colder months ahead.

Join Dr Elaine Fisher, The Lakes Coach, for a mindful walk and talk, taking time to explore the natural world and, along the way, discover a little more meaning in our own lives.
