This session is part of a World Parkinson’s Day collaboration with Parkinson’s UK, the national charity supporting the Parkinson’s community, and We Are Undefeatable.

About Lidia

Lidia has been a FLexercise teacher for over 30 years, and following her own Parkinson’s diagnosis became a PWR!Moves Certified Instructor and CIMPSA registered Group Exercise Practitioner. She teaches community-based and private Parkinson’s exercise classes, and classes for people over 50.

As someone living with Parkinson’s, Lidia understands the importance of exercise in maintaining mobility and managing symptoms. Teaching her classes has shown her how exercise can reduce Parkinson's symptoms, improve balance, increase flexibility and strength, ease aches, and,  importantly, provide a fun, social experience where participants make lasting friendships!
