Join Pilates instructor April Moon live for a gentle Pilates for Menopause session designed to lift your mood, ease tension, and help you feel energised during World Menopause Awareness Month. This 30-minute Pilates class blends mindful movement and breathing to support your body and mind through menopause and perimenopause, helping to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
This mood boosting Pilates workout is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement, or looking for an at-home Pilates class to gently strengthen your core, support joint mobility, and promote a sense of calm.
