Ingredients for the mini flat breads:

  • 250g self-raising flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp yeast
  • 150 ml of water

For the burgers:

  • 200 g turkey mince
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp of coriander
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ paprika or chilli powder or both
  • ¼ tsp salt
