Ingredients for the mini flat breads:
- 250g self-raising flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp yeast
- 150 ml of water
For the burgers:
- 200 g turkey mince
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp of coriander
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ paprika or chilli powder or both
- ¼ tsp salt
