Self care for resilience and wellbeing

Tutor: Emma Hackett

Join Mental Health First Aider and professional Coach, Emma Hackett, as she invites us to take a little time for ourselves. Self-care is a great way to manage stress and improve wellbeing, giving us the resilience we need to cope with whatever life has in store.

Emma explains why self-care should be a priority and not the luxury it seems to be in our busy lives. During this workshop, Emma explores what self-care means, shows us how to create a self-care plan and suggests strategies to overcome barriers that might get in the way.
