Join writer and artist Julie as she demonstrates how to make ‘Bags of Hope’ which are designed to encourage and support positive thinking. Julie shows how to use a combination of found objects and journaling to generate positive thoughts. Bags of Hope can be kept in a pocket or handbag to refer to when we need a reminder of the good things in life.
