Join Stella for an introduction to mindfulness that looks at common challenges and the feeling that you might not be doing it right. She will share simple, practical tips and exercises to help anyone, even if you find mindfulness difficult but are interested in trying. You’ll learn that you don’t need to be mindful all the time, as small moments of presence can have a big impact.

Stella Sheldon is an advanced EFT practitioner and teacher.

What is mindfulness?

According to the NHS, mindfulness is about paying attention to the present moment rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Practising mindfulness can help you feel calmer, reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, and cope better with life's challenges.
