Looking After Ourselves, our Personal Health and Wellbeing with AtaLoss: Session 5
Host: Dr Roger Greene, Deputy Chief Executive, AtaLoss
If you’ve been or are currently affected by loss, grief or bereavement, you’ll know that it can be difficult to talk about your experiences and to process how you’re feeling.
From May-July, Dr. Roger Greene, Deputy Chief Executive at AtaLoss, the bereavement support charity, will be hosting a new series of supportive twilight sessions that we hope you’ll find helpful.
Roger will be exploring different dimensions of bereavement, strategies to manage different emotions, how to help others and the language we use to do that, and the importance of supporting our personal health and wellbeing during this difficult time.

Catch up on Session 2: The 7 Dimensions of Bereavement here.
Catch up on Session 3: Navigating and Processing the Pain of Grief here.
