Guided Autumnal Sleep Meditation to Relaxing Harp Music
Tutor: Fiona Kyle, professional harpist
Experience deep relaxation as Fiona Kyle guides us through a calming meditation to the sound of beautiful, live harp music played by herself. These gentle sessions offer a soothing blend of peaceful imagery, grounding stillness and Fiona’s expressive harp playing, designed to help us unwind, reflect and return to a place of calm.
Fiona invites all those who listen to get comfortable and as ready for sleep as possible by finding a cosy space with plenty of warm blankets, soft lighting and dedicated time to rest. She will gently guide you into a sleepy autumnal forest encompassing crunchy leaves, autumnal smells of wood fires, cosy blankets and time to simply rest and relax in a calming, comforting space created in your imagination.
