Qi Gong

Watch again. Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and slow movement exercises. The practice works with energy (qi), moving it around the meridian channels within the body. In this 30 minute session, instructor Phil guides you through some basic seated Qi Gong moves.
