Shape and Tone with Tracey

Community exercise instructor Tracey leads this easy-to-follow 30-minute gentle toning exercise class to music. Great for conditioning, toning and strengthening muscles.
You will need a set of hand weights. If you don’t have hand weights, you can use food tins or water bottles. Make sure you have plenty of space, clear any potential hazards, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes/trainers.
