This classic and easy to make Cantonese-style starter is served in a crisp Iceberg lettuce leaf, topped with creamy cashew nuts. The perfect mouthful!

This recipe serves 2-4 people.

If you're looking for a vegetarian/vegan option, you can swap the oyster sauce for mushroom stir fry sauce and swap the chicken for uncooked cauliflower mini florets.
