Dementia-Friendly Guided Harp Relaxation
Host: Fiona Kyle, professional harpist
Professional harpist, Fiona, leads a simple guided dementia-friendly relaxation to the soothing sounds of the Clarsach (Scottish/Celtic Harp).
During the session, Fiona invites us to slow down, unwind and rest as she plays a selection of relaxing harp music. Fiona began playing the Clarsach while attending the Royal Blind School in Edinburgh.
