Join Johanna Hadley, a Royal Academy of Dance Silver Swans® licensee and fully qualified chair-based exercise tutor, for a special, chair-based, dementia-friendly Silver Swans® ballet class for Dementia Action Week. Johanna guides us through the enchanting world of classical ballet, exploring its stories and music, in this special dementia-friendly session to engage the mind and body. No previous ballet experience necessary and carers welcome.
