Chocolate cheesecake

- 300g Biscuits – digestive, choc digestives, chocolate cookies – the choice is yours!
- 150g Melted Butter
- 300g Cream Cheese (Philadelphia is Michelle’s preference)
- 100g Chocolate Spread or Nutella Spread
- 284ml (one pot) Double Cream
- 3tbsp Icing Sugar
- 100g Additional Chocolate Spread for decorating (optional)
- Punnet of Strawberries for Decorating (optional)
- Chocolate Flakes or your favourite chocolate for decoration (optional)
- 20cm Dish or Springform Cake tin (alternatively silicon cupcake cases work well for mini versions)
- Mixing Bowl x2
- Rolling pin or Food processor
- Whisk – electric makes life easier, but both will work
