Join fitness trainer Sam for The Brainfit Workout™, a gentle and stress-reducing workout utilising movement, music and meditation with positive affirmations.

2. Be Physically Active: Being active is great for physical health and fitness, and evidence shows it can also improve your mental wellbeing by raising your self-esteem, helping you to set goals and achieve them and causing chemical changes in your brain which can positively change your mood.

Preparation

Make sure you have plenty of space to move and clear any potential hazards; use a sturdy, stable chair if doing a seated workout.
