Join fitness instructor Jo Andrews for this 10 minute make time to realign your posture: the Egoscue Method class during Get Moving Week 2026 at the Virtual Village Hall in partnership with Yakult.
Jo guides us through the Egoscue Method to straighten us up, change our habits and get our body moving as it was designed to. Through a series of simple realignment exercises, Jo helps us step into our day more balanced, both posturally and mentally. Suitable for all ages and abilities (it’s not a workout!)
This 10 minute session is designed as an exercise snack. Exercise snacks are short bursts of movement throughout the day that can have a positive impact on our health and wellbeing, using gentle, accessible movements you can easily fit into your day.
