We Are Undefeatable is a movement supporting people with a range of long term health conditions to find ways to be active that work for them. The movement has been developed by leading health and social care charities and is backed by expertise, insight and significant National Lottery funding from Sport England.
Being Undefeatable is understanding that how you feel can change from day-to-day, that everybody’s situation is unique, and that moving more when you can is just as important as accepting when you can’t. We Are Undefeatable is about finding ways to be active that work for you, and celebrating every achievement, no matter how small they might seem to someone else.
During We Are Undefeatable Week at the Virtual Village Hall, we hosted a dedicated programme of gentle exercise, dance and movement classes, exercise sessions, designed specifically for people with long term health conditions, including adapted sessions for people with mobility challenges. Even building small amounts of activity into your day can help you make the most of the little things in life.
