Moody monotypes

Join print maker, Rachel, for an autumnal print making session as she demonstrates how to experiment with light and shade to create autumnal monotype prints.
Preparation
Prepare your materials and find a sturdy table or floor to work on.
Video time

- A4 / A5 size sheet of acetate, perspex or similar
- Black acrylic paint / poster paint / block printing ink
- Paintbrush or if you are using block printing ink, you’ll also need a roller (brayer)
- Tracing paper
- Pencil.
Optional:
- A variety of mark-making implements including things like cotton buds, leaves, bubblewrap, tissue paper etc
- Paper (minimum 100gsm)
- Your own sketches and drawings or images that you would like to turn into a monotype.
