- Non-fraying fabric e.g. tshirt, flannel or fleece material
- Rice, oats or wheat
- Old pair of tights
- Essential oil (optional) e.g. peppermint, lavender
- Iron-on interfacing (optional, for hand-stitched option)
- Needle and thread or sewing machine
- Glue (optional)
- Scissors.
