  • 2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1tsp salt 
  • 190ml water 
  • 1tbp olive oil 
  • 100g passata/tomato paste 
  • 100g grated hard cheese 
  • Whatever toppings you like! e.g. roasted veg, pepperoni, chicken, mushrooms, ham... even pineapple! 
  • Mixing bowl
