Pitta bread

Tutor: Irini Tzortzoglou, 2019 Masterchef winner

2019 Masterchef winner Irini Tzortzoglou demonstrates how to make a delicious quick fried pitta bread recipe which can be served with all sorts of fillings.

In this session, Irini shows how to make the simple pitta bread dough from scratch (no kneading required!) and how to fry it in olive oil to give it its rich flavour. She then cooks some pre-prepared marinated chicken to serve with the pitta bread as a tasty lunch dish.

This session was originally a part of Eat Well Week 2021.
