Bread

Tutor: Clive, bread maker

There’s nothing like the smell of home-baked bread to get the tastebuds tingling. If you’ve always wanted to try baking your own bread, this is the session for you.

Bake along with experienced bread maker Clive who shares his white bread recipe, demonstrating every stage as he goes. As the old saying goes: “Practice makes perfect”.

Once you’ve got the hang of proving and kneading and have a few loaves under your belt, Clive says that you won’t ever want to buy mass-produced bread again!

Preparation

Gather ingredients and clear plenty of workspace in your kitchen.
