Collage picture

In this fun, creative session, artist Fiona demonstrates how to transform scraps of paper, newspaper and magazines that you have around the house into an original piece of collage art. Enjoy watching a beautiful picture develop in front of your eyes as you build your picture, paper piece by piece.
Preparation
Gather all the materials you need and clear a space to work at.
Video time
9 minutes (allow for additional time to pause the video to follow the instructions or to try out a technique)
- A selection of magazines with colour pictures and text
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Glue stick
- Something to make your picture on such as card, paper or a canvas
- A picture or photograph to replicate in your collage.
