Growing and preserving homegrown produce

Tutor: Rachel, keen gardener and print artist

If the blackberries are ripening in the hedgerows and the corn in the fields is being cut, it’s time to harvest any fruit and veg you’ve been growing at home. In this session, Rachel discusses growing produce for beginners and how to preserve your produce, including how to store apples and turn windfalls into tasty treats for snacking.
