Chine Collé printmaking

Join print maker, Rachel, as she shares the Chine Collé printmaking technique which combines collage papers and simple monotype prints.
Preparation
Prepare your materials and find a sturdy table or floor to work on.

- A simple design or go freehand!
- An A4/A5 sheet of cartridge paper or card
- A variety of plain, patterned and coloured papers, including coloured tissue paper
- Leaves and other objects to make texture (optional)
- Pencil
- Block printing ink in your choice of colour
- An A4 size piece of acrylic plastic, Perspex, acetate or similar
- Rubber roller for printmaking.
