Join yoga teacher Dave for a gentle yoga class that explores meditation, breath practices and physical postures to calm the mind and strengthen and stretch the body. Bring a mat if you have one and enjoy some space to breathe. Designed for complete beginners. This yoga class is one of several by David Rennie.
