Join Jo from Cadent as she explains how joining the Priority Services Register can help households stay safe, warm, and living at home independently for longer. Jo will also be introducing some exciting new gas safety gadgets, like the EasyAssist™ Emergency Control Valve (ECV). Jo is the safeguarding, sustainability and social purpose champion at Cadent Ltd, the UK’s largest Gas Distribution Network, and supporter of the Royal Voluntary Service Safe, Warm & Well campaign.
The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free service for people who might need extra support because of their communication, access or safety needs. It allows energy companies to provide additional help if you’re without your power, gas or water supply either in an emergency or because of planned works.
