Join freelance dance practitioner Sophie for a fun dance session. Get your body moving to a wide range of music inspired by the 1950s to now. The session is accessible for anyone with physical limitations and can be done standing or seated.

2. Be Physically Active: Being active is great for physical health and fitness, and evidence shows it can also improve your mental wellbeing by raising your self-esteem, helping you to set goals and achieve them and causing chemical changes in your brain which can positively change your mood.
