Join Thaddeus O’Sullivan director of the new comedy drama, ‘The Miracle Club’, starring Laura Linney and Maggie Smith, for a live Q+A. The Miracle Club is a tale of friendship, family and forgiveness. Set in working class 1960s Dublin, the film follows three women who win a place on a pilgrimage to Lourdes, the sacred Catholic site in France. With each character facing her own personal struggle, it’s not difficult to understand why they might be searching for a little divine intervention. While the film has a lightness of touch with warm humour, the women are carrying some heavy secrets, which the arrival of a figure from the past brings to the surface.
