Exploring the Langdales: A Walk & Talk in the Lake District

Host: Elaine Fisher, outdoor personal coach, The Lakes Coach (International Coaching Federation accredited)

The Lake District’s beautiful scenery has inspired poets and philosophers for generations, and every year more than 18 million people visit to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors.

The beautiful scenery of the Lake District is a great setting for a walk and conversation in nature. Walk with Elaine through the famous Langdale valley at sunset, and take time to think about the powerful forces that shaped the land, the ways people have influenced it, and the peaceful retreat it offers today.

This mindful walk will bring the outside in and include a conversation with Jo Andrews to explore how the natural world can bring meaning to our own lives, and how walking and talking in the outdoors with others can boost our wellbeing.
