According to EFT International, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is: “a body/mind self-help method that is easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone. It involves tapping with fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and body while giving focused attention to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.”
