Join Koen, former chef, in this workshop on light lunches for Summer time. He will demonstrate how to make the three dishes; gazpacho, tomato and mozzarella toasted ciabatta, smoked salmon, egg and watercress tortilla. Each of these different dishes are something that you can make quickly and easily for the warm Summer months. If you’re looking for simple yet flavoursome dishes to change up your usual lunches, then this is a great session for you!
