Join Pilates instructor April Moon for this gentle 10 minute Pilates for beginners class during Get Moving Week 2026 at the Virtual Village Hall in partnership with Yakult. This class is ideal for complete beginners or anyone looking for an easy Pilates routine you can follow at home to feel refreshed and energised.
What is Exercise Snacking?
This 10 minute session is designed as an exercise snack. Exercise snacks are short bursts of movement throughout the day that can have a positive impact on our health and wellbeing, using gentle, accessible movements you can easily fit into your day.

Preparation
Make sure you have plenty of space, clear any potential hazards and are wearing comfortable clothes.
