What is Exercise Snacking?

This 10 minute session is designed as an exercise snack. Exercise snacks are short bursts of movement throughout the day that can have a positive impact on our health and wellbeing, using gentle, accessible movements you can easily fit into your day.

If you’re feeling motivated to try some more exercise snacks, you’ll find a wide range of bite-sized exercise and dance sessions during Get Moving Week in partnership with Yakult in our Get Moving Week YouTube Playlist here.
